All packages
- Prices are current as at date to confirm and may change without notice.
- Prices include GST to confirm.
- One package per patient. Packages cannot be combined with any other offer.
- The welcome bag is available to new patients only.
- Packages are subject to appointment availability.
- † "Usual value" is the total of the practice's standard fees for the individual items listed, if booked separately.
Examinations & radiographs
- Radiographs (OPG, CBCT or bitewings) are taken only where clinically indicated.
- Where indicated, they are included / charged separately: to confirm.
- Health fund rebates: prices shown are before / after rebate: to confirm.
- Any treatment identified during your examination is quoted separately in your written treatment plan.
Whitening packages
- Available to suitable patients only. Whitening is provided only after an examination confirms it is clinically appropriate.
- Existing decay, gum disease or other oral health conditions may need to be treated first. That treatment is charged separately.
- Results vary between individuals and depend on the cause of discolouration. Whitening does not change the colour of existing fillings, crowns or veneers.
- Excludes specialist referrals and laboratory procedures not listed above.
