We are sad to inform our patients that Leon passed away on Monday 16 February 2015 at the age of 45 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Leon started at The Dental Practice in 1999 and was a full time associate dentist until 2012 he began a Master’s degree at the University of Sydney. He continued as a consultant with us during his studies. He was awarded his degree in 2015 despite struggling with his illness.
Before his illness we had discussions about him returning to the practice as a specialist although he was in great demand by specialist practices Australia wide.
Leon was a brilliant dentist who loved his profession and his patients.
Most importantly he was a unique and gentle person who will be dearly missed by everyone more than words can describe.
We feel privileged that he chose The Dental Practice as his professional home for all of these years and are proud of what he achieved in his all too short life.
